Refund policy

You may return an item within 30 days from the date of receipt. The 30 days start on the delivery date recorded by the carrier, not the date the order was placed. You do not need to give a reason related to quality or defects; a change of mind is enough.

Return shipping is free. Bolvanta does not charge a restocking fee, a processing fee, or any other deduction for returns made inside the 30-day window.

Please have the following ready when you contact us: where and when you bought the item, proof of purchase, photos of the product, and a brief note on why you are returning it. Having these on hand lets us find your order and move the return forward without a long email exchange.

Once the returned item arrives at our facility, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method. After we process it, your bank or payment provider usually posts the credit within 7–10 business days. We will notify you by email or phone once the refund has been processed on our end. If the credit has not appeared 10 business days after that notification, contact us and we will investigate.
