Shipping policy

Bolvanta ships to the contiguous United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any address outside the United States cannot be accepted at this time.

We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays observed in the United States.

Shipments are handled by UPS or USPS. Which one carries your parcel depends on the destination and the size of the package; both are established carriers with tracking available. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery within the contiguous United States normally takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number when the parcel is handed over.

Shipping is free on every order within our delivery area. There is no minimum order value, no handling surcharge, and nothing added at checkout for standard delivery.

If a parcel is delayed beyond the window above, we will reach out using the email address or phone number you provided at checkout. The 3–5 business day figure reflects typical delivery, not a guaranteed date.
