If we cannot reach you within a reasonable period, the order may be cancelled and any payment refunded.

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. Until that point, it is an offer to purchase and has not been accepted. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you before charging or shipping, and you may cancel the order if you do not wish to proceed on the corrected terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
